CYT Houston’s Kayli Curda received a liver transplant shortly after the blood drive that took place Saturday, Jan 2nd, 2010. She took some time to give me an update. This is what she said:

“I was just wanting to let you know, I had my transplant on Saturday January 2, 2010. I have only been in the hospital not even a week and I’m getting out on Friday January 8, 2010!!”

I asked Kayli what she was looking forward to after she is released from the hospital. She said, “Getting to to be home mainly. And seeing my friends:) ”

A blessed girl, without a doubt. We’re happy for you Kayli!
